Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

Please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition as received and be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange for items that have been used or damaged. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bloomandbliss.co
