What do I do if I entered in the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, there is still time to fix it! Please email us asap with your order # and the correct address.
If your order has shipped but has not been delivered yet, contact USPS to schedule a package intercept
If your order shows that it has been delivered please send us an email to find out your other options. Please note that all  customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry.

 

I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First please add hello@bloomandbliss.co to your email address book and check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly. Please email us at hello@bloomandbliss.co and tell us the email address where you would like the order confirmation sent and we will check and see if for some reason the order didn't go through or if the email address was simply entered incorrectly at checkout.

How do I return my order?
